Guests have full access to the entire home, including the private pool, game room, and all resort amenities. Windsor Hills Resort offers a water park, fitness center, movie theater, and more. There are no additional fees for resort amenities.

Guest Interaction:

Our team is available to assist with any needs before and during your stay. Entry to the home is via keyless access for your convenience, ensuring privacy and a smooth check-in. We are always just a phone call or message away to answer any questions or provide local recommendations.

Other Important Information:

Resort Pool Maintenance: The community pool will be temporarily closed in September 2024 for resurfacing. The private pool at the house remains available for your use.

Parking Rules: The resort allows a maximum of three cars per property. Please ensure all drivers have valid licenses.

Pool Heating: Available for $40 per day (minimum of 3 days). Requests must be made at least 3 days before check-in.

BBQ Service: Includes cleaning and propane refill for an additional $100 fee (plus tax).

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be considered upon inquiry.
