This community is JUST FEW MINUTES FROM THEME PARKS and all major attractions in Orlando-FL (Disney, Universal and Seaworld). The resort has lots to offer including a state of the art Clubhouse, huge resort pool, tennis courts, volleyball court and even a children's playground area. A brand new lazy river has just opened! and clubhouse restaurant as well. Don't delay as this home will book quickly. -

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed and private bathroom (Downstairs)

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen sized bed and private bathroom (Upstairs)

Bedroom 3: Mickey Mouse themed bedroom has a bunk bed and twin sized bed and private bathroom (Upstairs)

Bedroom 4: Toy Story themed bedroom has two twin beds and private bathroom (Upstairs)

Bedroom 5: Avatar themed bedroom has two twin sized beds and private bathroom (Upstairs)

-> Near the master bedroom on the main floor is the living room and dining area adjacent to the gourmet kitchen which comes equipped with all new steel appliances. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All your dishware, pots and pans, cutlery and glasses are included as well.

-> Game room that has a Star Wars theme and contains a full-sized billiards and air hockey table as well as a video game setup complete with gaming chairs. -

> The outside area has a covered patio overlooking the large fully screened in pool. Ample seating and lounge chairs are available to soak up the warm Florida sun.

Take a dip in the private pool (Pool Heat is Extra) or soak in the spill over spa. Note: A one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee is charged based on the number of guests. For 1-12 guests, the fee is $35, and for 13+ guests, it's $45. This fee covers a Resort Access Card (max 2 cards per party) for pool entry. Only credit/debit cards are accepted. Pool Heating Available for a fee. It is $40/day plus taxes for a minimum of 3 consecutive days and you must ask for this extra before your arrival. Pool takes sometime to warm so we will be turning pool heater ON a day in advance and will be charging for that extra day.

BBQ: $85 per week MUST be requested 24 hours in advance. -> This home is a short drive to the Solterra resort clubhouse and its ameninites, pools, lazy river and everything else.

The best way to get around the central Florida area is by car. We would advice our guests to rent a car. Rental cars are in general very cheap in the Orlando area. Free parking is provided inside the resort.
