Luxurious loft-style apartment with 2 floors, high ceilings in the living room, providing more space and creating a pleasant and clean atmosphere. The loft is newly completed and decorated, with all new and tasteful furniture, creating a very comfortable environment for your family.

Conveniently located near Disney parks (14 minutes), Universal Studios (27 minutes), Seaworld (20 minutes), Outlets (26 minutes), and the airport (28 minutes).

The loft includes:

-The building has only 2 floors, and the Loft is located on the 2nd floor. To access it, you will need to climb a flight of stairs. The entire access area is air-conditioned with A/C. (7750 Sd Rdg 226)

PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the Spectrum Resort clubhouse. Upon arrival, you may park in any available spot.

When you arrive by car, you can stop in front of the building for up to 15 minutes to load/unload groceries and luggage. After that, please move the car to the parking area in front of the clubhouse.

To reach the building by car, drive past the clubhouse, take the last street on the right, and continue straight until you reach Building 41. Guests will need to walk from the parking lot to the apartment.

The condominium has 3 electric car charging stations.

CLEANING AND BEDDING: We ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization before each check-in. Our bed linens and towels are professionally laundered after each check-out, providing a clean and cozy environment upon your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Supplies provided upon arrival:

-1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers per bathroom.

-In the kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soaps, and 1 paper towel.

-In the laundry room: 2 laundry detergents.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS due to hygiene issues.

-If your stay is longer than 2 days, we recommend shopping for additional cleaning and bathing supplies at Walmart.

-In all bathrooms, we provide bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests the house can accommodate.

-All beds come with sheets, duvets, and pillows.

Note: We do not replace bed linens and towels during your stay. All our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and the package will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.

IMPORTANT:

Items or belongings: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout. Please carefully check to ensure all your belongings are removed when leaving.

We are not responsible for any issues with online purchases made by guests.

Furniture and decorative ornaments: must not be moved without prior permission, subject to a fine.

Garbage Disposal: Garbage is collected daily and please dispose of it in the resort's trash can in front of the building daily to keep the house clean.

ACCESS CARDS FOR CLUBS: We have left 2 access cards for the Reunion Water Park at the house, as well as 2 access cards for other pool areas, the gym, the community gate, etc.

Each card that is not returned will cost $30.00, so please handle them with care.

The Spectrum Resort pool is not available to guests due to membership requirements and community restrictions; access is for owners only.
