USEFUL INFORMATION:

THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING: The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.

I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.

**In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.

All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.

*** We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

PARKING: Parking is free.

Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort. Street parking is not pemitted. Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense. Some extra parking spots may be available for guests on Oakview Dr, Oakrise Lp, Oakmoss Loop, Oak Grn Lp, and Broak Oak drive. Keep in mind that these spots are not reserved and may not be available.

Limit of 5 cars per house.

SMOKING: Smoking any type of cigarette, vape, or similar inside or in the areas of the house, including the balconies, is not permitted in any property managed by Best Price Vacation Homes at any time. Oil lamps and incense are not allowed due to the long-lasting odor. If a guest is found smoking on the property, they will be contacted and informed about the charges related to cleaning and deodorizing the property and all items (e.g., carpets, furniture, curtains, etc.). These charges will be applied to the credit card on file for the reservation. There will be a minimum charge of $350.

PARTIES: Hosting parties is strictly prohibited in the property without written consent via email from Best Price Vacation Homes. Failure to comply will result in a fine ranging from $1,500, and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

PETS POLICY:To ensure the comfort of other guests and help maintain hygienic accommodations, pets are NOT allowed. If you bring a pet without prior authorization, a non-refundable fee of $500.00 per pet will be charged to your credit card, in addition to any damages caused by the pet.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

PROPANE GAS ONLY GRILL RULES: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $85.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

TRASH DISPOSAL:Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench to keep a clean home.

FORNITURE AND ORNAMENTS:Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.

ITEMS OR BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.

ONLINE PURCHASE:If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.

Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

POOL HEATER:

1-Cost: $50 per day.

2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.

3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.

4-Must be requested 48h in advance.

5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.

6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Access to Clubhouse - To access the clubhouse, guests must pay a fee of $45.00 per stay directly at the front desk, where they will receive an access card and an identification wristband.

We are always available to solve any type of problem or inconvenience that may affect your stay with us. We are available for maintenance or requests in the hours from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, call us on what*sapp and we will return later, we support checkin until 11.00 pm.

Solterra Resort Pool Policy:

1. The operating hours are from 9:00AM TO 9:00PM, unless closed due to thunder, lightning, or repairs.

2. Age requirement for waterslides: All riders of the waterslide are required to be at least 36″ (3 ft) to ride.

3. Towels are not provided by Solterra Resort Resort Welcome Center – All persons using the pool must bring their own towels

4. No running, pushing or boisterous play is permitted on the pool deck.

5. Pets are not allowed on the pool deck or in the pool.

6. Persons with open sores, cuts, or communicable diseases will not be allowed into the pool.

7. Diapered age children MUST wear swimmers and rubber pants in the pool.

8. Food or drinks must be kept a minimum of 10 feet away from the pool edge.

9. Floats may only be used if not creating a nuisance for other bathers.

Solterra Resort Recreation Area Policy:

1. Owners and guests shall have the right to use the Courts at any time during operating hours, 8:00AM until 10:00PM.

2. Lights will be accessible via a timer and can be set for one hour intervals.

3. No food will be permitted on the courts. Courts are not to be used for any purpose other than to conduct a game of that specific sport.

4. Court attire shall consist of: tennis shorts, shirts and/or appropriate warm-up suits and skirts for women. Under no circumstances will owners and guests be permitted to play bare-chested.

5. Sporting equipment available in the Welcome Center. A small cash deposit and rental fee will be required at checkout to insure against damage or loss.

6. If equipment is not returned, deposits will be forfeited.
