COMPASS BAY RESORT - Just minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath town house with pool located in Compass Bay, built in 2017, is great for your family vacation.

Great attractive decoration and everything very well taken care of in the house. We have already left some amenities in the bathrooms with shampoo, soap, toilet paper—everything to make you feel at home and enjoy your vacation.

->1st Floor:

Upon entering the house, you will find a great TV room, dining room, and a modern and complete kitchen with cabinets.

There are 4 high chairs for meals on the kitchen bench, appliances, crockery, cutlery, pans, etc., with all utensils provided.

A toilet and a private patio with a barbecue and a dining table with 6 chairs are also available.

->2nd Floor:

The second floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

1st bedroom: King bed

2nd bedroom: Queen bed

3rd bedroom: 2 twin beds

4th bedroom: 2 twin beds

All bedrooms are beautifully decorated.

There is also a complete laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Other Things to Note:

1-Arrival Amenities: Each bathroom includes 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers. The kitchen has 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soaps, and a paper towel. In the laundry room, there are 2 soaps for washing clothes.

We do not provide washcloths due to hygiene issues. If your stay is longer than 2 days, we suggest visiting Walmart for additional supplies.

2-Towels and Linens: We provide bath towels, hand towels, sheets, duvets, and pillows for the number of guests the house can accommodate.

We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay; all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

3-Crib Request: If you need a crib, please request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

4-Grill Use: For barbecue use, there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire stay, covering post-checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

5-Packages (Online Purchases): You may send packages to the home during your stay, and they will be left on the doorstep.

Note: USPS does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, so packages sent via USPS will be returned. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave them at the doorstep.

6-Responsibility for Belongings: We are not responsible for items left in the house after checkout. Please ensure all your belongings and suitcases are removed to avoid any issues.

7-Internet Purchases: We are not responsible for any shipping problems with online purchases made by guests. Please check all your belongings when you leave to ensure nothing is forgotten.

8-Late Check-in: If the guest checks in after 11:00 pm, please contact us so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

9-Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping included in the rental rate. The unit will be thoroughly cleaned before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

10-Trash Disposal: Garbage must be thrown in the condominium's dumpster in a white plastic bag.

Do not leave trash or empty boxes in the house, as this could result in a fine.

11-Furniture and Decorations: Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative items without prior permission, as it may result in a fine.

Guest Support: We are always available to provide excellent accommodation and ensure a great vacation. Our primary form of communication is through messaging on the platform you rented your home.

We are available to resolve any issues that may affect your stay from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. For support after hours, please message us, and we will respond later. We support check-in until 10:00 pm.

Compass Bay Resort is a relatively new resort community of 170 townhome villas that have a distinct Mediterranean style look with tile roofs. Compass Bay was developed by Lennar Homes, a quality builder of residential homes. These Kissimmee vacation rentals have 1 car garages and come in mostly 3 and 4 bedroom sizes. Compass Bay Kissimmee is located south of Orlando and approximately 8.9 miles (14km) to the main entrance of the Magic Kingdom in the Walt Disney World Resort .The resort is close to the intersection of US Highway 192 and Poinciana Boulevard.

The Compass Bay Orlando townhomes are located approximately 0.6 miles to US Highway 192 which offers majors shops and restaurants. Other attractions in proximity to Compass Bay Kissimmee include Universal Studios at 14.4 miles (23km) and Sea World at 10.2 miles (16km). Many casual dining concepts are nearby including Cracker Barrel, TGI Friday’s and Chili’s Restaurant.

Compass Bay also has 2 great playground areas for the kids that is suitably shaded from the sun and outdoor BBQ grills overlooking a small retention pond. Lakefront and water views are available from the lanais of a select number of villas. for the family, there is a great community pool with pool cabanas on the resort property. There are also 2 gazebos on the resort grounds – 1 close to Seaview Castle Drive and another that is tucked away off Dominica Drive.
