West Lucaya Resort, a great condominium very well located at the corner of 192 with easy access to restaurants, Walmart, Publix, CVS, Walgreens, convenience stores, etc. The condominium is 12 minutes from the Disney parks.

Beautiful house - Brand new - completely renovated and with new furniture, consisting of two floors:

->1st Floor

-Living room all in vinyl flooring with two sofas, a 55-inch TV

-Dining table with 6 chairs

-Kitchen integrated with the living room fully equipped with utensils, featuring a counter with 3 stools

-Master bedroom with king-size bed, complete private bathroom, and a 55-inch TV

->2nd Floor

-Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed and a 43-inch TV

-Bedroom 2 with a bunk bed with two full beds

-Bathroom with two sinks and a bathroom that serves these two bedrooms (WL 3212 Oyster)

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:

The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen, 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergents, and a paper towel roll. In the laundry room, 2 laundry detergents. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CLOTH WASH due to hygiene issues. I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days, go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing products.

In all bathrooms, we leave bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests the house can accommodate. All beds have sheets, duvets, and pillows.

We do not replace bed linens and towels during the guests' stay; all our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

CRIB: If you need a crib in the unit, always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.

ITEMS AND BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout. Please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

ONLINE PURCHASES: We are not responsible for online purchases made by guests if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house; please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.

If the guest checks in after 11:00 pm, they must contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage must be thrown in the condominium's dumpster next to the clubhouse in a white plastic bag, leaving no rubbish accumulated in the house or empty boxes, subject to a fine.

Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.

We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have a great vacation while staying at our property. Also, remember that our main form of communication is always through messaging on the platform that rented your home.

The guest has access to all the amenities of the clubhouse, as well as the pool, fitness, kids space, etc.
