Other details to note:

The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen: 2 bags and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room: 2 soaps for washing clothes.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.

Suggestion: if you stay more than 2 days, go to Walmart for cleaning and bathing supplies.

In all bathrooms, we provide bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.

All beds have sheets, duvets, and pillows.

We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay; all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

Crib Requests: Please request a crib 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

Propane Gas Grill Rules: A fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire stay covers post-checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

Pool Heater: Available for a nightly rate of $35 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days (request at least 2 days in advance). The pool heater is set to 85ºF - 90ºF.

Note: Pool heat paid after 3 PM will be turned on the following day and may take 24 hours to reach set temperature. No refunds for weather-related issues.

Packages (Online Purchases): Packages will be left on the doorstep. USPS does not deliver to vacation homes; use UPS, DHL, or FEDEX.

Left Items: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout.

Late Check-In: For check-ins after 11:00 PM, contact us for necessary arrangements.

RESORT PARKING RULES:

The resort allows 3 cars only.

Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street, or you will be fined.

The 3rd car must be parked parallel to the driveway to avoid blocking the sidewalk.

Guests have full access to the home and all resort amenities at Windsor at Westside. A dedicated parking spot and visitor parking make it easy for guests arriving by car.

We are always available to provide you with excellent accommodation and ensure an amazing vacation. Our primary form of communication is through Airbnb messages.
